Research
GYRA scholars will be trained in the standard scientific research methodology followed by supreme universities.
Platform
GYRA uses both online and in-person platforms for training the scholars with scientific methodology applicable to their projects by globally recognized scientists and professionals.
Mentors
A GYRA unit is open to consult a GYRA approved specialist/expert for the successful completion of the research.
GYRA Unit
GYRA scholars identify research projects based on their interest following the GYRA guidelines. A GYRA unit requires 4-10 GYRA scholars researching on a project, guided by a teacher coach, assisted by at least one parent facilitator, and directed by a GYRA advisor.
Opportunities
The GYRA scholars, trained in scientific research methodology, will find immense opportunities in higher education in the international arena fostering their research temper and scientific aptitude. GYRA scholars, coaches, and facilitators are eligible for GYRA certificates following the successful completion of the research project.
Sustainability
GYRA encourages the scholars to explore novel avenues in basic and applied aspects of core disciplines including Engineering and Technology (ET), Environment and Earth science (ES), Life and Basic Science (LS), Social science (SS), and Art and Culture (AC) ensuring the continued utilization of knowledge and research outcomes following scientific research methodology. Considering our core values, GYRA promotes continuous contributions in the advancements in scientific knowledge, perpetual solutions addressing diverse issues challenging the well-being of the planet and sticking to the concept of `Zero-waste`.

DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE
GYRA is the name of an endangered African cat. It looks tiny but moves swiftly and its eyes glitter with curiosity. Global Young Researchers’ Academy (GYRA) loves to inherit those characteristics, especially, its curiosity. As you know, it’s curiosity that engages one to their surroundings with some dialogues. What’s it, how does it work, or why is it so, are some questions that awaken a curious mind to go beyond their experience. That moment may trigger a curious researcher.
Yes, GYRA wants to follow one’s curiosity passionately. In GYRA we believe that if the researchers are awakened, we will have more questions, more ways of analyses, and consequently, more solutions to problems around us. Therefore, GYRA looks for curious kids who want to follow their questions like passionate scientists.
However, any journey to fulfill a great dream starts from a determined small step. GYRA also makes its first but globally oriented small step from a few schools in Kerala, a small southern state in Indian peninsula. There are some groups of young students with their teachers and parents pursuing their curious research questions. Their projects are supervised by the expert GYRA advisors from different parts of the world.
GYRA is the result of the commitment of its collaborators as advisors, coaches, mentors, and facilitators. They are offering their services from their expertise voluntarily to the young generation. GYRA looks forward to a world after 25 years: a world with many socially committed scientists and researchers in various fields. Consequently, a world that has better and more sustainable solutions to its manifold problems.
